Dietary Counseling

The proper balance of nutrients is essential when feeding your dog. Our pets need a certain dietary cans

combination of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and water every day in order to function normally.

There are foods designed for specific stages of life (such as for puppies or geriatric dogs), while some provide hypoallergenic nutrition and other formulations are developed to control specific health conditions like heart disease, kidney disease, etc.

Each and every nutrient in your dog’s food has a purpose. Without adequate nutrition, your dog would not be able to maintain muscle tone, build and repair muscles, teeth, and bone, perform normal daily activities with ease or fight-off infection.

Testimonials

Feedback from our clients

  • "Great Vets, great staff and awesome quality of care!! My dogs having been patients of Dunwoody Vet for 7 years and we have always had great experiences. One of my dogs is a senior and has multiple problems, all of the vets have gone above and beyond to help her stay comfortable. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know, you won't be disappointed!"
    GREAT!
  • "I am new to Dunwoody and was very nervous about taking my cat to a new vet. My cat saw Dr. Spivey and she was wonderful. Very thorough, great bedside manner, and she didn't try to get me to get any unnecessary tests or x-rays. I really liked her, front desk staff (that is rare for me), and the cleanliness of the facility. What a relief it was to find such a great place. And today, my cat is doing great because of their care. I plan on making them my vet for both of my cats."
    EXCELLENT!
  • "I've been taking my dog, Higgins, here for several years now and would't dream of going anywhere else. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you're looking for a vet, you should definitely check them out."
